While he had many other skills -- including a ferocious shot -- Brazilian legend Garrincha is best known for his prodigious dribbling skills. As we approach the 30th anniversary of his death at the age of 49, many of the stories of his greatness -- both on the pitch and at the bar -- told about him sound apocryphal. But that's what made him so great: he had to be seen to be believed.
